All sales are final and non-refundable from the moment of purchase completion. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Policy Rationale
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the marketplace and the anonymity of both artists and buyers. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks and the complexities of anonymous, escrow-secured transactions, we cannot process returns or refunds once a sale is finalized.
Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy unless the artwork is confirmed by our escrow service to have been severely damaged during shipping. In such a rare case, please contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence.
